Gloria Lemmey, founder of Milkkrate Agency, is passionate about championing creativity and forging meaningful connections between artists and audiences. With nearly two decades of experience collaborating with GRAMMY®-recognized musicians, directing impactful stage productions, and working alongside visionary minds in the arts, she brings a multidimensional approach to artist representation and cultural programming.

Her background includes serving as an A&R executive for a multinational music company, managing musical artists, brokering publishing deals, and producing high-level creative across disciplines — from album visuals to stage design. Equally rooted in visual art, Lemmey brings a curatorial lens to emerging talent and understands the intricacies of both collector relationships and career development.

Motivated by a deep love for contemporary art and a commitment to artist-driven growth, Gloria founded Milkkrate to offer visual and musical artists thoughtful representation, strategic exposure, and meaningful collaboration.
